2. Scope & Relationship to Main Terms Page
These Consumer Terms & Conditions apply only to individuals purchasing for personal, non-business use.

They must be read together with our main Terms & Conditions landing page at: https://www.superluxurybusinesscards.co.uk/terms-conditions/

By placing an order or making payment, you confirm that you are purchasing as a consumer and accept these Terms in full.

3. Bespoke Goods
All products supplied are bespoke and made to your specification, including but not limited to artwork, materials, finishes, quantities, and dimensions.

4. Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods once production has begun. Once artwork is approved or production starts, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed.

5. Orders & Acceptance
An order is accepted when: payment is received, or written confirmation is provided, whichever occurs first. Production may begin immediately upon acceptance.

6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are as quoted. The total price payable will be clearly shown before payment is taken. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

7. Delivery
Delivery is deemed completed when the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance. If delivery cannot be made within the time frame advised, you will be contacted with alternatives.

8. Risk in the Goods
Risk in the goods passes to you only when you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.

9. Non-Delivery & Missing Parcels
If our courier records an order as delivered but you believe the goods have not been received, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the stated delivery time. We will investigate the matter with the courier. A replacement or refund will be provided only where non-delivery is confirmed by the courier.

10. Delivery Exclusions
We are not responsible for loss or non-delivery where: an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided delivery was made to a safe place, neighbour, concierge, or reception at your request
delivery without signature was requested In such cases, delivery is deemed completed upon courier confirmation.

11. Inspection & Quality
You should inspect goods promptly upon delivery. Any issues relating to delivery, damage in transit, or obvious defects should be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Luxury Print Tolerances
Luxury and specialist print processes (including, but not limited to, letterpress, foil blocking, embossing, debossing, duplexing, edge finishing, and textured stocks) involve manual or semi-manual production techniques. As a result, inherent variations may occur in colour, finish, materials, texture, alignment, impression depth, and overall appearance. Colours and finishes may appear different depending on paper stock, ink or foil type, lighting conditions, and viewing environment. Minor variations, batch differences, and natural characteristics of premium materials are normal within luxury print production and do not constitute defects.

13. International Delivery (Consumers)
For international deliveries: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local charges delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control. Risk passes when you, or your nominated recipient, takes physical possession of the goods.

14. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
